We do external work with our displacement service: repair, boring and mechanical inspections.
Work in our workshop is carried out in the form of an assembly line:
Prior washing: The machines, parts or vehicles to be repaired are subjected to a high-pressure washing in an area set up for this purpose upon arrival, leaving them ready to be disassembled with the best guarantee of cleanliness.
Disassembly: Disassembly by specialized personnel. Failure analysis and transfer to the corresponding workshop.
REPAIR
Mechanics: Repair of engines, gearboxes, servo transmissions, final drives and all types spare parts. We are specialists in the repair of chains, rollers, bearings, etc…these are disassembled and assembled using special tools, with no limits to sizes and weights.
Boilermaking: Boring and welding works. Manufacture of implements according to the client’s indication.
Assembly: Complete assembly of all the parts and transfer to the blasting section.
Painting: If necessary, it would be spray-painted in the booth.
Talleres Capelán is in charge of each and every one of the necessary steps until the machine or its parts are fully repaired.
