We repair all types of construction equipment and vehicles.
Work in our workshop is held in the form of assembly line:
- Washing prior: The machines, parts of repair vehicles are subject to their arrival in a high pressure wash an area for this purpose, leaving them ready to be disassembled with the greatest guarantee of cleanliness.
- Removal: Disassembly by qualified personnel. Defect analysis and transfer to appropiate workshop.
- Repair:
- Mechanics: Repair of engines, gearboxes, power shift transmissions, final drives, etc…
We specialize in reapiring chains, rollers, undercarrier, etc... these are disassembled and assembled using special tools, not limited in size and weight.
- Boiler works (industrial and plater jobsand Welding Caldereria): Boiler and Welding Works. Manufacturing according to the client especification.
- Mechanics: Repair of engines, gearboxes, power shift transmissions, final drives, etc…
- Mounting: Complete assembly of all the pieces and transfer to trickle section.
- Colour: If necessary would proceed to painting new.
